Day 1: Glasgow to Ayrshire
Arrive in Glasgow, Scotland. You will be met by a golf travel representative who will assist with your luggage, present you with a personalized travel pack of information, and show you to your rental car. Drive (approximately one hour) to your hotel in Ayrshire.

Turnberry Resort (Ayrshire) - Enjoy a 3-night stay in a classic resort-view room at this 5-starproperty. Set on 360 acres, this traditional hotel was built at the turn of the century and has retained its elegance and comfort. A truly Scottish icon, Turnberry Resort Scotland enjoys a spectacular coastal setting with breathtaking views of Isle of Arran, Ailsa Craig and the Irish Sea.

Day 2: Ayrshire & Troon
After breakfast, drive approximately 40 minutes to Troon.

Royal Troon Golf Club / Old Course (Troon) - Host to the British Open Championship eight times, most recently in 2004, it was also host to the 2008 Senior Open. Ranked #40 in the world, this marvelous course lies at the southern end of a long run of dune land stretching from Irvine to Prestwick. Royal Troon is an exceptionally demanding course, recognized as one of the sternest in the British Open schedule. (7,097 Yards/Par 72)
Note: Players must be at least 16 years of age.

After golf, you may like to visit Culzean Castle (open April through October). Culzean is one of Scotland's best loved castles, and is rumored to have at least seven ghosts. Situated on the South Ayrshire coast, Culzean Castle is located 12 miles south of Ayr and four miles west of Maybole. Cost of admission is not included.

Return to the Turnberry Resort for a second night.

Day 3: Ayrshire
Golf will be arranged for you on the Ailsa Course at Turnberry Resort.

Turnberry Resort / Ailsa Course (Ayrshire) - The venue for the 138th Open Championship in 2009. Ranked #17 in the world, Ailsa is the most dramatic Scottish links course set along a rockbound coast above the golden sands of Turnberry Bay. The Ailsa Course is a fine championship course made doubly magnificent by the surrounding landscape - the granite dome of Ailsa Craig, the low form of the tip of Argyll and the peaks of Arran highlighting the changing patterns of light and shade. Closer at hand, the lighthouse, and the ninth's lovely back tee are other symbols of Turnberry, the hole's title adding an historic echo. (6,950 Yards/Par 70)

In the afternoon, visit the town of Ayr and explore the many beautiful parks and gardens in and around town, notably Belleisle, Craigie and Rozelle. Rozelle is also the home of Ayr’s Art Gallery and displays one of the very few Henry Moore sculptures to be seen in Scotland. The shopping center of Ayr often surprises visitors by its range and size.

Return to the Turnberry Resort for a third night.

Day 4: Ayrshire to St Andrews
From the Irish Sea, drive approximately three hours northeast across Scotland to St Andrews on the North Sea.

Fairmont St Andrews Resort - Enjoy a 3-night stay in a standard Fairmont room including daily breakfast for two at this 5-star property, set on a 520-acre estate with a unique coastal setting. Fairmont St Andrews is the premier destination in Scotland. Sitting on the summit of a spectacular formation, the hotel and its two championship golf courses have breathtaking panoramic views of the Tay Estuary, the North Sea and the medieval skyline of St Andrews. Golf will be arranged for you at Kingsbarns Golf Links .

Kingsbarns Golf Links – Kingsbarns Golf Links is situated 7 miles from St Andrews along 1.8 miles of picturesque North Sea coastline, where each hole embraces the sea. Kingsbarns co-hosts the annual European Tour’s Alfred Dunhill Links Championship together with the Old Course at St Andrews and Carnoustie Golf Links. In 2017 The Ricoh Women’s British Open will be contested at Kingsbarns. (6351 Yards/Par 72)

Enjoy 6 nights in Scotland featuring 5 rounds of golf for 2 on former British Open courses ranked among The Top 50 Golf Courses in The World.

Day 5: St Andrews
Golf will be arranged for you at Prestwick Golf Club Links in Ayrshire.

Prestwick Golf Club (Ayrshire) - Situated on a stretch of golfing terrain unrivalled in the world, Prestwick is less than a couple of hours travel from all the other Open Championship courses in Scotland and is a must play for any discerning lover of the game. The course is a traditional monument, an authentic affair with a layout of holes that snake to and fro through rugged dunes and rippled fairways. There are numerous blind holes and cavernous sleepered bunkers with wooden steps to take you down to the bottom. The greens are notoriously firm and fast – some are hidden in hollows whilst others are perched on raised plateaux. The majority are quite small and all of them have wicked borrows to negotiate.

The birthplace of the Open Championships, a simple stone cairn to the west of Prestwick’s clubhouse marks the spot where the first tee shot was struck in 1860. It identifies the opening hole of the original 12-hole course and the place where modern golfing history began.(6908 Yards/Par 71)

Later, you may like to explore St. Andrews. Known as the home of golf and home of Scotland's oldest university, St Andrews is a small town with a sizeable reputation that attracts visitors from all over the world. The Medieval center of St Andrews, with its narrow alleys and cobbled streets, leads to the now ruined cathedral and the adjacent church of St Regulus. Climb the spiral staircase to the top of an 108-foot tower for magnificent views. St Andrews also has two great beaches, one being the West Sands, where the famous opening sequence of Chariots of Fire was filmed.

Return to the Fairmont St Andrews Resort for a second night.

Day 6: St Andrews & Angus
In the morning, drive approximately 45 minutes northeast to Carnoustie Golf Links in Angus.

Carnoustie Golf Links / Championship Course (Angus) - Host of the Open seven times between 1931 to 2007. Ranked #21 in the world, Carnoustie is described as one of the true wonders of the golf world. Frequently used for the British Open, and most recent host to the Open in 1999, this 18-hole layout presents one of the greatest challenges for any player at the top of his game. (6,936 Yards/Par 72)
Note: Players must be at least 14 years of age.

Enjoy the afternoon to visit such sites as the Glamis Castle, set in the rolling hills of Angus in an area of considerable ancient history. Spires, turrets, towers and statues will seize your attention initially, but there is so much more to explore in this legendary Castle.

Return to the Fairmont St Andrews Resort for a third night.
